Calgary's Accredited Fine Art Appraiser

Informed Decision-Making Appraisals

Informed decision-making appraisals provide accurate and timely information to help you make financial decisions.

Collectors, lawyers, judges, estate and trust officers, accountants, financial planners, bankruptcy trustees, and the insurance and moving industries use informed decision-making appraisals to help them make financial and investment decisions.

My appraisals will give you accurate and reliable information you can trust. I determine my value conclusions based on prescribed standards of identification, valuation, and report writing.

I am accredited with the International Society of Appraisers as a personal property appraiser with a specialty in fine art. I have received formal training in appraisal theory, principles, procedures, ethics and the law. My appraisals conform to, and are certified according to the Appraisal Foundation's Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices. I also have extensive experience in the visual arts, and a broad knowledge of the Canadian art market based on twenty-five years of working with Canadian art collections.

Whenever there's a question about the value of personal property, there's a risk involved. It may be the risk of investing your money poorly, the risk of selling at the wrong time, or the risk of establishing too low a selling price.

My expert appraisals will reduce your risk by giving you timely and accurate valuations based on facts.

Reliable information for decision-making purposes is worth a lot. Informed decision-making depends on it!
